Shift Time: US shift (Night shift)

Work Hours: Mon - Fri (Week Off: Sat & Sun)

Shift Timings: 8 pm to 6 am IST

Office Location: Vasna Road, Vadodara.

Roles & responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to understand the specific needs and requirements of clients in the healthcare industry.

Source and attract top-tier healthcare professionals for a variety of positions, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.

Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Skills required

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Excellent negotiation skills

Proficient with MS Office (preferred)
