Create timelines and set expectations for project road map
- Maintain intimate knowledge of the project from end to end by collaborating with the research team regarding screening criteria, coordinating with vendors on logistics and monitoring data collection
- Communicate project status and achievement of milestones to relevant stakeholders through project meetings and field reports
- Serve as a project resource to brainstorm solutions and resolve complex challenges related to project execution
Vendor Management
- Develop, manage, and assess vendor relationships in collaboration with other Project Managers.
- Where necessary manage the bidding process to include acquiring bids, communicating specifications, assessing feasibility, aggregating and securing resources and negotiating pricing
- Lead project initiation with vendors by communicating finalized specs and expectations
Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to further develop field team expertise
- Assess department processes and identify opportunities to gain efficiency and/or reduce cost
- Communicate insightful findings to research teams for consideration around proposal caveats and discussions
Invoicing
- A PM oversees the invoices for what has been mentioned before and the total invoice of the project that is sent to Ali.
- A PM oversees designate the incentives and supervise the payments to the participants (They are added in the pending by the PM).
- A PM oversees the budget of each project making sure we meet the revenues goals.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Project Management or Business Administration or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills (both Written and Verbal)
- Excellent Leadership and motivational skills
