The Healthcare Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new accounts and sites onto the healthcare system, including support of basic data migration task. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth transition and integration of new clients and will also provide support to the command center during the cutover phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare accounts and sites, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our system.
- System Integration: Work closely with the IT and healthcare teams to integrate new sites and accounts into the healthcare system, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Cutover Support: Provide essential support to the command center during the cutover phase, helping to manage any challenges that may occur during this critical period.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new users, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with our healthcare system.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with new clients, acting as the primary point of contact for any onboarding-related queries or concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure all onboarding processes comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Commitment: Able to work on the weekend
Prequisite
- Preferably in healthcare administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong technical knowledge, with a good understanding of healthcare system integration.
