Healthcare Business Analyst

• Should contribute and demonstrate skills to consistently improve processes and technology, also help the COO with Analytics, Business Development, Management Reports and KPIs.
• Connect with the practice and continuously contribute for smooth operations.
• Prioritize and execute business analytics, drive CQC audits, compliance, and lead quality initiatives
• Lead Technology projects and nurture talent towards management goals
• Work with the internal and external stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
• Verify that all requirements have been met, audit processes and fix any gaps.

We are looking for

At least 10-15 years of experience in a Business Analysis, and minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare.

Knowledge of Practice Management Applications like Semble, Midexpro and Carebit

Good knowledge on Agile concepts and Microsoft Excel & Office 365. Projects.

Strong analytical and business process skills.

Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Salary: As per industry standards
