To ensure planning and design responses are pragmatic and respond to the client brief whilst

respecting the opportunities and constraints that each site affords, through climate, context and

culture.

To continue to develop designs that are firmly rooted with a strong narrative and that seek to

enhance our reputation.

Lead projects by providing design and technical leadership for major projects

Reporting on activity and analysis of feedback and success factors

Exhibit significant experience in leading the design process for multiple healthcare project scales

and complexities , from very large buildings to small scale renovations, from design concept through documentation and CA; directing a team to develop an integrated and comprehensive design narrative.

Research Leadership - Plan and lead research to discover new and innovative ways to approach

and give meaning to the design challenges. They must have the ability to help the team read

between the lines and discover latent needs.

Analysis and Synthesis Research insights must be translated into a useful foundation for design.

Design Leaders should be able to lead by helping to distill key insights and linking them together in a design framework.

Passion for Performance Metrics and Human Experience - The Design Leader must drive design

toward measurable outcomes, a successful bottom line, and client, community, and environmental

goals.

Mentoring Design Leaders foster and develop design talent, leading with enthusiasm and setting

standards for professional and creative rigor.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

B.Arch or Graduation in Interior Design

9 -12 years of industry experience in architectural / interior design.

Strong experience and track record in developing interior design for large and complex related

projects - healthcare projects preferred.

Working knowledge of tools - REVIT , SKETCHUP , PHOTOSHOP , ENSCAPE ,Autocad
