Partner with the best
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance to regulatory standards. You will build relationships with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure requirements are met. You will provide solutions and help to develop your team and continuous improvement of our HSE.
As a As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership, strategy, development, and structure to HSE Team at the site.
- Supporting HSE for the Bently Nevada product line India and Eastern hemisphere operations, including but not limited to:
- Implementing strategy and tactics to meet business HSE expectations through programs, risk mitigation projects, communication, and training.
- Implementing HSE priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements to complete the integration process and operational ownership of EHS
- Introducing and firmly establishing programs, tools, and training to ensure compliance with legal requirements, implementation of Baker Hughes HSE Management System (MS).
- Coordinating/collaborating with other functional leaders and people leaders ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement
- Providing technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and practices, and assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices
- Influencing and mentoring facility leadership toward the strengthening of an Interdependent HSE Culture
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Fixed Facilities/Services.
- Have substantial experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environment
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
