We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Admin to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales and marketingplans and justifying those to plans to the upper management

Job Responsibilities

Should have marketing experience and convincing ability.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the pan India based sales team

Designing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Good Communication Skills.

Build long-lasting client relationships

Attend meetings, sales events and training.

Report and provide feedback to management.

Educate your team so they educate there customers on how products or services can be benefiting them financially and professionally.

Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

Research and source potential clients and build a long-term relationship with them.

Advice clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Fill out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare

reports.

Impeccable Interpersonal skills and friendly attitude.

SKILLS

v Good command on English, Hindi and regional language. communication and presentation skills.

v Must be a Graduate.
