Responsibility:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.
• Client consultation and coordination on calls and emails.
• To identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals and cold calling.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• To negotiate with the clients and close the deals to achieve the set goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and market competition.
• Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
