Position Title: - Executive -Environment, Health, Safety and (EHS)

Reports To: Asst. Manager/Manager (EHS)

Reporting to this Position: EHS Team (Safety Supervisors/ Safety Stewart)

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible to manage the workplace Safety, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Emergency Plans, Mock Drills, Risk Analysis, HIRA, EHS inspection, Workers Training and Safety procedure Compliances etc. The person shall also responsible to review safety observation/ findings implementation status on daily basis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

On site role with EHS documentation work. Conducting EHS induction, TBT, Trainings. Inspection of workplace and lifting tools tackles.

Visit and monitor workplace activities for safe execution of work.

Coordinate with EHS Manager and Project team for workplace hazards and Unsafe acts.

Report to Safety Manager and Project Manager for any critical onsite safety issues.

Knowledge of Basic computer (Word, Excel and PPT).

Good communication skills in language understood by the majority of workers.

Responsible for hazards Identification, Near Miss reporting & create awareness among the contractors team through TBT/awareness session.

Participate to Investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the appropriate senior staff

Monitor and conduct safety inspection at site facility

Coordinate the company's emergency procedures and act as the company's emergency on-site facilitator.

Responsible for ensuring Hard barrication, edge protection, cut out covering, Safety net maintaining & PPE implantation at site.

Facilitate executive staff, supervisors and workers in emergency preparedness

Inspect and evaluate equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry standards.

Education and Experience

Any Graduate with one-year diploma in safety.

Experience: 3-5 years in building construction project (company or contractor firm).

Competencies and Skills

Ability to implement Organization's safety procedure.

Ability to motivate company /contractor's project team for implementing EHS management System

Ability to work any shift

Ability to understand the Safety procedure/ requirements of organization for implementation.
