Job Summary:
The Head of Techno-Commercial Sales will lead the commercialization and sales of Azoth Biotechs innovative nutraceutical products, with a primary focus on our 100% organic, water-soluble mushroom extracts. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic sales acumen to position our products effectively in the global market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key domestic and international distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth. A strong background in the nutraceuticals or health supplements industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales efforts across both domestic and international markets, with a focus on growing distributor networks.
- Leverage existing relationships with distributors to expand market penetration and build new partnerships.
- Serve as the technical expert on product offerings, helping customers understand the benefits and applications of our mushroom extracts.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to align product development and positioning with market needs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, providing technical documentation and support to distributors and clients.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, business development, and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in techno-commercial sales within the nutraceuticals, health supplements, or related industries.
- Established relationships with domestic and international distributors.
- Strong technical understanding of natural extracts and functional ingredients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
