Role Overview-
The Head - Stationery will lead and manage the stationery vertical of the Trident Group's Paper Business, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. The role requires a deep understanding of the stationery industry, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to build and execute effective strategies to expand market share, boost profitability, and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Strengthen and grow the stationary category.
- Meet the AOP (Annual operating plan) numbers wrt revenue and profitability.
- Ensure the width and the depth in the network.
- Manage product assortment along with supply chain.
- Monitor Market dynamics for adjusting strategies basis- Consumer Preferences, Industry Trends, and Regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to Execute promotional campaigns, increase brand awareness, create new designs.
- Ensuring ROI- Sales Schemes, Loyalty Programs and Marketing Spends.
Qualifications-
- MBA in marketing from a tier 1 or 2 institute with good communication skills
- Min 15 years of post-qualification experience in channel sales with stationary companies with extensive experience of northern market.
- Experience in outsourced sales is advantageous.
- Ability to manage large sales teams
