Job Purpose: Head Solution Delivery instead, to overseeapplications which are under
development and incorporation of modification/ changes inalready rolled out applications. He
will lead the ECI solution delivery encompassing IT StrategyImplementation & Governance,
Program Management & Information Security; Ensureintegrated planning & delivery across all
project tracks being undertaken under the aegis of ICTDivision.
Skills :
Proven record of leading a large team consisting of IT andtechnology software
and hardware experts
Proven record implementing technology specific systems andsolutions across
multiple areas of a single organization
Proven experience in managing programs that consist ofdifferent
inter-dependent projects with diff implementation cycles,partners and models.
Experience in Vendor management, change management indesigning the
structure and/or executing those programs in anorganization
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT/ Computer Applications from arecognized university /
Institute
Experience :
Over 15 years of experience in the IT function of largeorganizations preferably in
a CMM Level 5/ Big IT consulting firm.
Others :
The Solution Delivery Lead will be responsible for the wholeof a project from inception
through to completion and will be the team memberresponsible for the full delivery.
Head Solution Delivery is expected to be able toaccurately gather requirements from
the ECI, create a plan, manage the project delivery with anadhoc team of business
experts and IT resources and to deliver the project on time.He will also be expected to
take part in the implementation of third party applications.
Through the lifecycle of any project Head SolutionDelivery will develop and create the
relevant documentation including project plans, risk,assumption, issue and decision
logs, action logs etc. He will be prepared to work in anagile manner while delivering
solutions within the ECI.
