Job Description Designation: Head Sales & Business Development (B2B Sales Role) About Company: WinGa is a first of its kind advertising and brand engagement platform which enables businesses to advertise and connect with audience with content gamification. Users engage with brands in the form of games, quizzes and other interactive features and win exciting rewards, vouchers and giveaways. With growing user-base, Winga is planning to accelerate its growth with a rock solid candidate to head its sales and business development. Website: https://winga.in/ Roles & Responsibilities: Build immediate term, short term and long term strategy for marketing, sales and business development in collaboration with the leadership team Execute the sales strategy by building a structured sales funnel to acquire businesses through direct sales channel Interact and collaborate with brands in the E-Commerce/FMCG space to subscribe to the app. Acquire businesses through affiliate sales channel by collaborating with advertising/branding agencies, business associations/networks, etc Work closely with internal and external teams to develop marketing collaterals in online and offline channels Manage client relationships to ensure higher retention by using CRM tools Build sales teams as needed by the growth trajectory and milestones Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure expectations of clients are always achieved Channelize the market feedback in a structured format to help in product innovation and improving customer satisfaction Represent the company in public forums as needed to increase sales Eligibility 4 to 8years of experience in B2B sales of digital products/services Preferred experience working with or having exposure to driving sales with FMCG, Retail, E- Commerce, Startups etc Excellent communication skills Should speak, write and read proficient English. Knowing more languages is a plus. Should have knowledge and understanding of digital sales channels and sales funnel management. Graduation or Post Graduation in business management from a well known institute Should be a good team player. Background in the advertising and FMCG industry is an advantage Location: Hyderabad Salary Range: 10 12 LPA + Incentives
