Head Sales and MarketingThe Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for the company. This role involves overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing operations, including customer acquisition, retention, branding, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing management, with the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategy. Establish sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through effective marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing content and materials.
- Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Inside sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor products, services, and marketing efforts accordingly. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify new opportunities and market trends. Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- P&L Accountability & Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
