We are looking for dynamic & performance-oriented female professionals for the position of Head Quality Project for client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To lead team along with quality team of Business partners and Consultants to implement QC initiatives in projects area

Ensure preparation of quality assurance Plan for all jobs, review/approve the Quality Assurance Plan submitted by the Contractor and monitor quality as per best industrial practices/ IS/ International codes.

Ensuring Factory tests and field Quality inspections are done during the project period in coordination with Business partners/suppliers.

To implement quality systems and monitoring system along with MIS, NCR and documentation protocols

Ensuring right quality of machinery/ equipment are available at site, timely completion of project ensuring quality of erection/installation at site.

Ensuring quality of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural and all kinds of refractory lining job.

Full co-ordination with Owners engineers, contractors and package/area owners and solving out any issue of contract execution without any deviation in quality & time schedule.

Conduct quality review meetings & Generate NCR reports and ensure the compliance of NCR.

Qualification & Desired Attributes:

Only Female candidates.

B Tech/BE in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

A minimum of 12 years of experience as a Site Quality Control Manager or equal in big industrial Projects.

Experience in working in quality assurance function and in project execution.

Well versed in all aspects of construction and Quality Control Manager responsibilities.

Familiarity with Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, & Fire Protection Systems.

Grade & Designation: M3 (AGM) /M4 (Manager/AGM)
