Should have good knowledge on IT Infrastructure Operations.Should have experience in creating strategy to implement and operate the IT Infrastructure Operations in the framework of ITIL.Should have implemented Quality Process for all the Business, Service Delivery Operations, Transition in Infrastructure Space.Should have knowledge on IT Transition, implementation, Operational Activities and accordingly creating all the necessary documentation and Templates required.Experience Level: 12+ Years.
