Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head - Projects. The Head - Projects will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. They will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and timely completion. They would have to manage multiple projectsThey would have to allot projects to staff & contractors and keep track of the same. Supervise internal staff and monitor subcontractors to ensure safety and technical specifications are met. Facilitate the purchase, delivery and monitoring of inventory and supplies.The role will be based in Kochi.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of interiors and project management software
• Having experience of handling interior projects of over Rs 1 crore
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the corporate space creation and maintenance industry is a plus
