Looking for someone to be the Head of a factory that makes non ferrous recycling related products. This person needs to make sure the factory runs smoothly, the products are good quality, and everything is done efficiently. They'll be in charge of managing how things are made, making sure they meet certain standards, and improving processes to make them better. They also need to deal with audits and certifications and lead and train the team working in the factory.
