Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive patient admissions and revenue growth.
2.Doctor Referrals:
- Build and nurture relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Increase referrals and patient flow to Care Hospitals through targeted outreach and relationship management.
3.Walk-Ins and OPD Footfalls:
- Develop strategies to increase walk-ins and OPD (Outpatient Department) footfalls.
- Optimize patient conversion rates through effective marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
4.Doctor Empanelment:
- Manage the empanelment process of doctors to enhance service offerings and revenue streams.
- Ensure the recruitment and onboarding of specialist doctors align with hospital needs and growth objectives.
5.Territory Management:
- Monitor and ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the healthcare market in Hyderabad.
6.Corporate Sales and Partnerships:
- Achieve targets for corporate sales, including insurance and TPA (Third Party Administrator) sales.
- Foster partnerships with corporate clients and healthcare providers to enhance referral networks.
7.Marketing Campaigns and Events:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, awareness programs, and events at hospitals, clinics, and relevant organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives meet strategic goals.
8.Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the management team on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 12 to 18 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry marketing, with a proven track record of revenue generation and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including doctor referral processes and patient acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience in Hyderabad healthcare market is highly desirable.
