Job Description:
As the Lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Specialist at Zowork, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy while overseeing HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, work closely with department heads to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, and lead the operational aspects of the HR department. Your responsibilities will cover talent acquisition, HR processes, employee relations, and compliance, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring top talent is brought into the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficient processes across all stages of hiring, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and engage highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with Zowork's values, culture, and technical requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team, implementing best practices and improving overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial engagement through to offer acceptance.
- Manage the offer process, including extending job offers, negotiating employment terms, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, continuously optimizing the hiring process to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring that HR processessuch as employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employee recordsare executed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and best practices in both recruitment and HR operations.
- Continuously assess and improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven leadership experience in managing both recruitment and HR operations.
- MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree is a mandatory requirement.
- In-depth understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, HR operations, and best practices in both areas.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration across departments.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset to analyze recruitment and HR performance metrics.
