Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Store Operations at Vagmi Chemicals Pvt Ltd located in Vishakhapatnam. The Head of Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store operations management, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Vishakhapatnam local market and customer preferences is a plus
