Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Head of Spa at Medifit Consultants Private Limited in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role encampasses overseeing the daily operations of our SPA across various locations Pan India. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals, designing and implementing spa programs, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.

Qualifications

• Spa Certification such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, etc
• Advanced Spa Management Certification (Optional)
• Bachelor's degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Therapist/Head Therapist is valued
• Multicultural experience is highly valued
