Head of Software

Skills Required:-

Shall posses good knowledge to work with 32 bit micro controllers -- RH850 / NXP / IMX / ARM processor etc , SOC chipset (Quectel)

Shall posses good knowledge to port software into Andoird, Linux, Freertos Operating systems

Shall be exposed to various products developemnts like Intrument clusters, Infotainments, telematics

Shall posses HMI / UI/UX KNowledge and exposed to HMI screen tools like QT,Altia etc

Shall posses experince in developing connectivity features like BLE, Maps , LTE module, IOT

Shall posses expereince to lead a Team

Shall posses good Systems Knowledge

Shall posses good knowledge on RTOS / OS like Linux , android etc

Shall posses good innovative Thniking

Shall posses Good analytical and debugging skills.

Shall posses good Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.(AI, ML etc)

Shall posses strong Software Architecture Knowledge

Optional -- Exposure to Technologies like VR, ABS, AI, ADAS, ML etc.

Optional -- Exposure to Model based development

Role & Responsibilities :-

Conceive a product idea and stratergise the same for implementation

Lead a group of team of 4 to 5 members to develop connectivity solutions (BT, WIFI, LTE) , TFT, Virtual Reality devices and display oriented products (Clusters, Display modules, sensor modules etc).

Shall be responsible for Arrving at the Business case for developing the Platforms

Shall be responsible for Scope, Milestone and Delivery plans of his software Team

Shall be able to responsibible for Resource and Budget management for the year

Shall be responsible for establishing good internal and external customer Relationship

Shall be Resonsible to Secure the ideas by Patenting it

Shall be responsible for delivering Products across various domains.(Custers, Infotainments, Telematics, Body control Modules etc)

Shall be able to Instutionalise process and coach the team to develop Team skills as required by Organisation

Shall be able to define Software architecture under Android, Freertos, Linux etc

Shall be able to Drive team to work across cross functional team (HW, Mech , Manufacturing) to understand requiremnts and deliver software modules for the product

Shall be ABle to Track ANd Monitor software deliverables of the Team.

Shall be able to Adapt to various software developemnt process liek waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban etc

Shall be able to Create value to end customer and also face challenging and resolve problems of the Deliveries

Shall be Resonsible to evalaute the Preofrmance of the Team
