Responsibilities
- Implementation and execution of the India and Bangladesh SCM strategy as well as achievement of defined targets for KPI's in consideration of overall SCM strategy and India/Bangladesh needs.
- Realisation of cost savings based on the establishment of a continuous improvement culture.
- Development and execution of efficient manufacturing and logistic processes to reach quality, delivery and performance targets.
- Compliance of HSE standards and guidelines in consideration of legal and corporate guidelines.
- Efficient regional inventory/ assortment management as well as reduction of damages and downtimes within the area of responsibility.
- Optimization of production related Capex and implement corresponding projects in terms of timing, costs and performance.
- India and Bangladesh procurement in consideration of overall SCM guidelines as well as cooperation with global purchasing as required.
- Optimization of an efficient order consolidation process in agreement with BU as well as ensure allocation to production resources.
- Define and monitor India and Bangladesh SCM strategy, business plans and targets for KPI's (e.g. cost, efficiency, lead times, inventory, quality, etc.) in consideration of overall SCM and India/Bangladesh
- Integrate, build up and develop the regional SCM organization in multicultural environment. Define and control budgets in the area of responsibility.
- Analyze business results and develop/ implement improvement concepts and corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Define service level agreements/ rules for operations in cooperation with BUs . Negotiate and deal with customers, suppliers and third parties in the area of responsibility.
- Development of strategies and objectives for Regional SCM and India/Bangladesh.
We Are Looking For
- Engineering Graduate preferably BE/ Btech (Chemical/ Mechanical/ production)
- 10 years of comprehensive experience in production/ operations, HSE, logistics, supply chain management,
- Credibility, passion, integrity and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a global organisation, with an international matrix structure.
