Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Star Estate in Chandigarh. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, implementing sales initiatives, and leading the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Sales, and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Team Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Must have at least 12 years of experience working in Real Estate Chandigarh market.
  • Must have team Handling experience of about 20-25 sales folks.
