Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the renewable energy sector.
