Candidate Profile:
Prefer candidates with MBA in sales and marketing and / or Graduates from Indian Institute of
Packaging
Strong experience in handling B2B Sales/ Institutional sales and managing key accounts.
Experience required: 10 years +
The person should be self-driven. Have focus on achieving sales target.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must have own conveyance-Car/bike/Scooty.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting sales targets given by VP/ Management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns
effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement sales target by client, make plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior
management.
Focus on identifying and converting new clients across North India in Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, FMCG, Electric Goods, QSR, Footwear and any other industries that consume packaging.
Responsible for complete cycle from generating order to timely supplies to collection of payments.
Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, planning, product development and
production to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
Responsible for managing relationship and increasing revenue from existing clients given by VP/
Management.
Role will be divided into managing key Accounts (existing clients) and converting new clients for the company through leads given by VP/ Management and self-generated leads.
