Job Description:
- To develop plans & strategy and effectively execute ensuring short- and long-term Key Business objectives.
- Key Account Management :Developing & maintaining a portfolio of high- value clients
- Identifying new accounts / potential customers for Business
- Need to lead the business and to build business strategies to grow the business exponentially.
- Develop, drive implementation, and track the sales strategy within a defined sales area for India to grow the business within regulatory norms and organizational policies with the objective of increasing sales volume.
- Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization & supports innovation and creativity.
- Develop the sales plan and strategy and drive its implementation for products within in India to achieve desired business outcomes and enhance ranking in the industry.
- To achieve profitability objectives by driving budgeted revenue, controllable expenditure, productivity & contributions by regions.
- Identify new opportunities to achieve higher ranking and best-in-class execution excellence.
- Overseeing strong workforce development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning
- Preparing & reviewing budgets for all channels & regular review of P&L
