Zvolv is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to lead the India & Middle East Sales team, driving business revenue across sectors in both the regions. The focus will be on fresh acquisition of customers, manage relationships i.e. guiding the client through how they can leverage Zvolv to grow their business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Sales Leader will drive existing business and generate new business sales revenue. This will be achieved by effective territory planning, driving business development techniques and field-based sales activities in conjunction with our Go To Market partners and by engaging with the eco system to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effective closure of sales opportunities. The Sales Leader will also be required to track industry / market trends and drive innovative approaches to accelerate business growth.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the region
- Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive individual and team excellence
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing and the Executive Leadership

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the Enterprise space within the SaaS industry with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- 10+ years of strong and relevant sales experience with enterprise software (SaaS) solutions.Good to have Meddic experience.
- You are one to the top 10% of the sales people in your current company/division. You have a track record of being one of the best. You are someone who pursues your passions with energy and commitment.We never, ever give up.
- Proven track record of personally selling and closing complex business solutions; high performer, and has strong track record for sales quota achievement.
- Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver clear, accurate and concise written and oral communications.

- Is passionate about selling and delighting the customer with deep domain knowledge.
- Industry focused solutions sales experience is preferred.
