About Hyve: We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online customization portal for active wear. Over the last 2 years, we have been able to serve more than 5000 clients across India. Hyve is dedicated to providing beautifully-printed Custom T-shirts, Corporate Wear, Hoodies, and Sports Apparel created with responsible and Eco-friendly production practices. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.

Job Description

Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and geographic regions for expansion in domestic and international markets

Drive sales growth by maximizing revenue streams and optimizing sales processes

Lead and Manage Sales Teams:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.

Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance targets for individual team members and monitor their progress.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients/buyers to drive business growth.

Identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends to tailor sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.

Serve as a primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments to inform sales strategy and positioning.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Sales Operations and Execution

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of sales orders

Oversee tender process from start to finish, including bid preparation, submission, and negotiation

Implement best practices and processes to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Experience in managing sales teams across multiple regions or territories.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Prior experience in apparel manufacturing or related industry is highly desirable.

Knowledge of domestic and global market trends and supply chain dynamics in the apparel industry

Ability to travel extensively as required
