Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market presence in the cabinetry or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and reach key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing Management:
  • Provide inputs to the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and appealing marketing materials.
  • Utilize digital, social media, and traditional marketing tools to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand market needs and help guide the development of new products that meet those needs.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders(PMCs, Architects and Interior Designers), and business partners.
  • Implement customer service standards and processes that enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales and marketing leader, preferably in the cabinetry, furniture, or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
