Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Diamond Parks in Pune. The role involves leading sales activities, managing accounts, overseeing the sales team, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and evaluate performance regularly.
- B2B and Institutional Sales:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, and event organizers.
- Develop customized packages for group bookings, corporate events, and school trips.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client bookings.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 810 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the hospitality, amusement park, or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
