- Educational Qualification

MBA preferred
The incumbent MUST have a proven track record as a Business and Sales Director or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and business management software.
