About Us: Multicon Group is a leading real estate firm dedicated to delivering top-notch projects. Our

focus is on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead all marketing and sales initiatives to grow the real estate business in Eastern India.

Job Summary: As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic

plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, driving sales, allocating resources to different

projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. You will inspire team

members, drive success, and lead our Sales and Marketing department to maximize profitability and

enhance competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Negotiation:

  • Identify, quantify, and pursue business opportunities through market surveys.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Manage broker channels and real estate agents, providing guidelines and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Devise and implement innovative schemes to boost channel partner performance.
  • Conduct channel partner meets for training and recognition.

2. Marketing Communication & Brand Building:

  • Support in developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Support in print advertising campaigns and video ads on social media.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and management of websites and landing pages.
  • Manage marketing and sales functions including brand strategy, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Support in executing performance marketing (lead generation) through Google Search, Display Network, and Facebook.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote brand awareness.
  • Implement various promotions, events, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Participate in exhibitions to promote the brand.

3. Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from launch to completion.
  • Handle customer queries and grievances, providing timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with accounts and legal teams to ensure smooth and hassle-free customer experiences.
  • Manage allotments, demand letters, money receipts, and the execution of sale agreements and deeds.
  • Send fit-out/possession letters, initiate preview for snagging, and handle project handovers.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong alliances and expand the company's market presence.
  • Identify and recruit new partners.
  • Liaison with leading banks and NBFCs for project approvals and home loan processes.
  • Ensure timely disbursal of home loans in coordination with banking partners.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to ensure operational efficiency and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with salespersons for site visits and customer interactions.
  • Prepare collection reports and set collection targets as per demand.

6. Performance Marketing & Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analysis to track marketing campaign performance and sales metrics.
  • Implement performance marketing strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

7. Public relations:

  • Manage corporate public relations and communications to enhance the company's brand image.
  • Handle corporate communications related to sales and marketing activities.

8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Conduct CRM activities to enhance the customer experience by improving service standards.
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, folders, pamphlets, flyers, videos, and presentations.
  • Prepare monthly market survey reports on competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience as a sales leadership role the real estate sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficient in technology systems like ERP, CRM, lead management etc.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a diverse team.
