Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development at XR Vizion in Chennai. The role involves leading and managing sales teams, overseeing account management, implementing sales strategies, and contributing to team and sales growth initiatives on a daily basis.

  • Experience in Account Management and Team Management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
