Objective:

We seek an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition, relationship-building, and revenue generation efforts within the affiliate marketing space. This role focuses on expanding IgniteAndRise's network of affiliate partnerships and enhancing revenue potential through a performance-based compensation model.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Partnership Acquisition: Actively pursue new affiliate partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and lead generation.

Affiliate Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies that align with company growth targets, focusing on maximizing affiliate sales and revenue.

Relationship Management & Retention: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with affiliates to secure long-term partnerships and enhance loyalty.

Revenue Optimization: Work closely with affiliates to develop sales initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth, continuously optimizing tactics for peak performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and affiliate performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and product teams to align on brand messaging and ensure affiliates effectively represent IgniteAndRise's offerings.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing practices to maintain a competitive edge.
