The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue growth, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Come up with strategies to generate leads and conversations within our focused markets
  • Source contact details of our target audience from online sources
  • Maintain a database of our addressable market
  • Create sales presentations and present the same to potential customers
  • Create strategy decks showcasing how our offerings will elevate the customers marketing presence
  • Create proposals covering scope and commercial offer for each customer
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest digital trends and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Meet and exceed self and team sales targets consistently



Requiremen

  • tsProven work experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales rol
  • e.Deep understanding of B2B tech and digital marketing indust
  • ryAbility to lead and motivate a high-performance sales tea
  • m.Strong business sense and industry expertis
  • e.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skill
  • s.Experience in lead identification and email marketing too
  • lsExperience with CRM software and MS Office suit
  • e.In-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry and its current event
  • s.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
  • s.Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skil
