Job Description

As the Sales Head, your primary responsibility is to ensure alignment with the company's vision and policies across all team members. Your role encompasses strategic planning, financial management, vendor relations, sales target achievement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ready to Relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of the company's vision and policies throughout the organization.
  • Review and strategize based on sales reports and financial data to drive profitability.
  • Set company targets and goals, devising short-term and long-term plans to exceed expectations.
  • Manage the financial budget to achieve profit and EBIDTA goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and fabric suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle all statutory legal formalities with state and central government authorities.
  • Diagnose and assess client needs, design, and implement strategic interventions to address them effectively.
  • Prepare proposals and close new sales accounts in targeted segments and locations.
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan to achieve company sales targets and profits.
  • Work closely with the team to develop relationships, establish effective communication channels, and provide training opportunities.
  • Recruit and place staff appropriately to ensure the right individuals are in the right positions.
  • Oversee material management, procurement, inventory control, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics management.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to minimize costs and optimize resources.
  • Modify implementing SOPs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining On-Time In Full (OTIF) delivery is paramount to our business success.
  • Perform administrative activities necessary for effective management, including employee selection, relations, and motivation.
  • Implement and optimize ERP software systems and best business practices.

Qualifications

Candidates with an MBA specializing in Sales and Marketing are preferred for this role.

Salary

INR 75,000 to INR 1,00,000
