1. Sales Strategy and Planning-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national retail sales objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
3. Establish KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
4. Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion.
5. Develop strategies to enter new regions and grow market share
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing/ Operation is preferred
Skills:
1.Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
4. Experience in a senior sales management role within the retail industry
