Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Promote job opportunities to candidates
- Verify candidate qualifications and complete reference checks
- Review applications and create candidate shortlists
- Source candidates through various channels and manage sourcing lists
- Maintain and update our in-house CRM in line with company processes
- Draft and place job advertisements across multiple media platforms
- Adapt resource assignments according to deadlines and workloads
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
- Attend client meetings to understand their needs and company culture
- Lead of recruiters as we grow that division
Person Specification
- Proven experience in recruitment resourcing
- Proficient in IT and CRM systems
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Able to follow company procedures and standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional English proficiency
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Capable of building rapport and strong relationships easily
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in recruitment or sales
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to advance within a reputable company
