Requirements
Education
- Masters in any discipline; preferably in Chemistry, Textile or Apparel Manufacturing;
- Must have a good academic record.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- Large or multinational organization experience;
- Must have experience of working on Denim bottom & Top, preferably with European buyers;
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Wet & Dry process quality;
- Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (washing, finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery);
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing and washing;
- In-depth knowledge about denim products and quality control mechanisms of buyers and quality management;
- Computer literacy (Oracle/ERP environment);
- Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking);
- Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
- An open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
- Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
- Self-starter & proactive;
- Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities
- Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures;
- Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues;
- Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications;
- Control and ensure the quality of Dry & Wet and Samples as per customers` precondition;
- Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions;
- Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team;
- Control, execute, and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan;
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product;
- Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and predictive action;
- Supervise subcontract-related garment production and quality;
- Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, Logistics, and some other departments;
- Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development;
- Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
