Head of Purchase Department

FMCG Experience Candidates perfered

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Purchase Department to lead our procurement operations within the supermarket and hypermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and extensive experience in purchasing within retail environments. Experience with leading brands like D-Mart, Reliance, LULU, NESTO, or SPAR is highly preferred

• Qualifications:

Any Graduation . Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management within the supermarket/hypermarket sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in FMCG procurement and supply chain management.

• Experience with leading brands like D-Mart, Reliance, LULU, NESTO, or SPAR.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Highly communicative with exceptional negotiation skills.

Multilingual capabilities are a strong asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
