Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of one or multiple residential luxury villa projects, ensuring
timely and efficient completion (project design and construction, schedule & monitoring, Budgets).
- Motivate and lead project teams to achieve excellence, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution, aligning with the company's goals
and objectives by building a strong project team & goal setting
- Efficiently manage resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and allocation of materials and
personnel (including managing project costs, schedule, and operations and achievement of financial
closure for the project)
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project
requirements are met and expectations are exceeded Ensure the highest standards of quality
and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and
success.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, highlighting key
milestones, challenges, and solutions.
