Position Title: Project Delivery Head Defence

Job Summary:
The Project Delivery Head Defence will be responsible for overseeing the successful
execution and delivery of defence-related projects. This role demands strong leadership,
strategic planning, and extensive experience in defence project management. The ideal
candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and military
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
o Lead and manage multiple defence projects from initiation to completion.
o Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources,
and budgets.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, including military-
grade JSS Penta 5 compliance, and client expectations.
o Deliver custom-made solutions compatible with ARING 1553 and JTAG,
ensuring EMI/EMC compatibility.
- Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-
performance work environment.
o Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members have the necessary
tools and support.
o Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and share
updates.
- Stakeholder Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent
communication.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other
stakeholders.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure all projects comply with relevant defence regulations, military
standards, and best practices.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and
technological advancements.
o Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and assurance processes,
ensuring systems meet JSS Penta 5 and EMI/EMC standards.
- Off-Site Project Execution:
o Oversee the execution of projects at various sites across PAN India and
manage installations at remote defence locations.
o Ensure effective project delivery despite geographical and logistical
challenges.
- Financial Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
o Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where
possible.
o Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Strategic Planning:
o Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives
for defence projects.
o Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the defence sector.
o Develop long-term plans to enhance project delivery capabilities and
performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Defence Studies, or a related
field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the defence sector.
Strong knowledge of defence regulations, military standards (including JSS Penta 5),
and industry best practices.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex, regulated
environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
