Roles and Responsibility:
- Discovering and scaling solutions for the consumer. Who to build for, what to build and why
- Building a long-term product strategy for zeno, working backwards from the vision.
- Build, lead and coach a rockstar team of senior PMs, PMs, and designers who own and drive outcomes of various charters in the consumer team and for internal users
- Drive alignment and prioritization on product roadmap with the business and functional leadership team
- Install product thinking, structures and ways of working in the organization to build user backwards with agility and being tech first
- Own and deliver product org ROI
- Lead consumer-user research without bias
- Build strong data systems to drive team performance. Drive data-driven decision-making
- Identify and resolve dependency between other product areas
Sill required.
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in Owning and delivering outcomes as a senior product leader on consumer side, preferably in organizations which involved multiple stakeholders Leading and coaching a team of product managers & leaders to discover and scale solutions Agile execution User research.
- Product management competencies Very high user empathy and ability to understand user emotions through research, intuition, etc High on curiosityseeking truth and operating from there (not from preconceived fixed judgements) Very strong at first principle thinking: outcome orientation and agility to win fast or fail fast Operating with a high sense of possibility and bringing courage to be unconventional.

VP Product is a leadership role at Zeno and a pivotal one in the journey of democratizing healthcarea journey of discovering the unimaginable to drive sustainable health outcomes, bringing extreme user centricity, creating a tech-first approach, and playing this infinite game with high quality execution. The leader will lead a team of senior PMs solving problems for the consumer across various charters like traffic, conversion, transaction experience, engagement, support, etc. to powerfully cause outcomes owned by the product teams dedicated to these charters. The role entails continuous discovery (01) and scaling up of solutions. It would need you to collaborate with the founders, channel operations leaders, functional leaders, and product teams to create a product strategy aligned to the organizational OKRs, coach the team, drive research & innovation, and drive prioritization & alignment at a leadership level. This role is going to be the custodian of the consumer and the solution roadmap for delivering business and consumer outcomes.
