Ikano Bank is seeking a dynamic Head of Process to oversee and manage the bank's process framework, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a structured approach to the Banks operations. This role is critical in driving process optimization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning processes with Ikano Bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Process will take charge of Ikano Bank's Process Management Framework, including the Process Owner Matrix (POM). You will develop objectives for the department that are closely aligned with Ikano Bank's strategy, translating them into clear, actionable targets. A crucial part of your role will be identifying and evaluating new technologies and methodologies to enhance process efficiency, ensuring that all processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
You will lead and develop the process team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This includes monitoring and evaluating process effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality outcomes, and establishing quality control standards and procedures to meet the bank's criteria. Additionally, you will implement strategies for process optimization, including the integration of automation tools and digital solutions.
Collaboration with other functions to ensure seamless integration of processes across the bank is essential. You will lead with Ikano values, promoting common sense and simplicity in day-to-day leadership, and manage change initiatives to improve processes and performance, reduce costs, and secure resources.
You will be a member of the Operations Management team and report to Chief Operating Officer. Location for the role is preferably in Malm or Stockholm but can also be abroad.

Qualifications
- Relevant higher education (university level)
- Fluency in English
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
