Head of Operations

scaled.it is a software/hardware development firm located in Srinagar. Our goal is to unlock access to technology and specialize in creating meaningful websites, apps, portals, android, iOS, windows apps, SEO, digital marketing, SMM, and video marketing. We also provide commercial advertising and market competition reviews for brands. Our approach revolves around understanding client requirements, developing tailored strategies, and completing projects within budget and on time.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations at scaled.it in Srinagar. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, implementing and improving operational processes, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Additionally, the Head of Operations will be involved in budgeting and resource allocation.

• Operations Management, Team Management, and Analytical Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Budgeting and resource allocation experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in the software/hardware development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
