Job Profile:

1. Running the operations of the production firm namely it's Production, Post Production and Studios verticals.

2. Being responsible for the seamless operations of all 21 edit studios across 3 different facilities.

3. Confidently interfacing with Post Production teams of clients which range from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Dharma / Dharmatics, Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd, Tiger Baby Films, Salman Khan Films, Freemantle Ltd, Times Group and the like.

4. Being able to trouble-shoot admin issues and oversee Office Staff duty rotas, morale and attendance.

5. Being able to run a Post Production team on project deliveries

6. Being able to actively bring new clients into the studios would be a _definite bonus_

2. Ability to remain calm, collected and operational under pressure

3. Better than good interpersonal skills

4. Scheduling and operations knowledge

5. Ability to pivot and think out of the box to solve problems
