Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, including project management, logistics, procurement, and customer service. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and improve performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that all operations adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor the operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Optimize resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards in all aspects of operations. Monitor and evaluate operational performance through regular audits, inspections, and reviews. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the interior design, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
