Due to recent growth, we're now looking for a Head of Operations specializing in eCommerce niche to join our performance marketing agency atNeuroid.

Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Head of Operations with a knack for paid advertising and eCommerce. If you're a pro at managing client relationships, handling client's operation & building systems & processes with ease, we want to hear from you. This role is 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere you feel most productive.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Internal Communications: Be the main point of contact for our clients and keep our internal comms smooth and effective.
Day-to-Day Operations: Keep the daily gears turning, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Initiative & Project Execution: Lead the charge on new projects and ideas, working closely with the team to bring them to life.
Client Satisfaction & Transparency: Keep our clients happy with clear, honest + aspirational communication and stellar service.
Service Quality Tracking: Monitor and maintain the top-notch quality of our services.
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making them feel welcome and informed.
Kick-Off & Weekly Update Calls: Join kick-off and weekly update calls to keep everyone on the same page.
Revenue Projections & Work Planning: Help plan our clients revenue goals and project timelines.
Team Accountability: Make sure the team is hitting their targets and delivering great work.
System & Process Optimization: Always look for ways to make our processes better and more efficient.
Team Training: Share your knowledge and help train team members to be their best.
Client Results Maintenance: Ensure we're consistently delivering and improving results for our clients.
Requirements:
Experience: You've got a solid background in marketing and eCommerce, especially in paid advertising.
Skills: You're a pro at project management, communication, and working with people.
Initiative: You're self-motivated and great at taking the lead on projects.
Collaboration: You work well with others and enjoy being part of a team.
Client Focus: You're dedicated to keeping clients happy and delivering top-quality service.
